SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These Messaging Terms govern the SMS text-messaging program operated by Endlessforms LLC, a Texas limited liability company, through the Vett platform at vett4fit.com ("Vett," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS opt-in box on a Vett apply form, or by otherwise giving a recruiter your number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to these terms.

1. Program Description

Vett is a B2B recruiting platform used by independent recruiters and staffing agencies. Through the platform, a recruiter may send you SMS messages relating to a job you applied to or expressed interest in. Messages are (a) application-status updates for a specific role you applied to through a Vett-hosted apply form, and (b) one-to-one conversational replies from the recruiter regarding that opportunity. This is not a marketing or promotional broadcast program.

2. How You Opt In (Consent)

You opt in to SMS by checking the clearly labeled SMS consent box on a Vett apply form at the time you submit your application, or by providing your mobile number to a recruiter and agreeing to be texted. Consent is not a condition of applying for any job or of receiving any service. We send SMS only to individuals who have provided this express consent.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with the recruiter and your stage in the recruiting process. You may receive a small number of status messages plus any conversational replies the recruiter sends. There is no fixed recurring schedule.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier apply to any messages you send or receive. Vett does not charge you for SMS messages.

5. How to Opt Out and Get Help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to you. An opt-out from one recruiter texting from a shared Vett number stops messages from any recruiter on that number.

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@theendlessforms.com. Previously queued messages may still be delivered for a short period after you opt out.

6. Privacy

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile information (your phone number and SMS consent) is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile data is used solely to enable recruiter-to-candidate communication on the platform. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery

Messaging is supported on all major US wireless carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.

8. Changes

We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above. Continued participation in the SMS program after a change constitutes acceptance.
